General Terms and Conditions

Participation Requirements

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.

Certain courses may require prior qualifications or experience, which will be outlined in the course description.​

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for notifying the organiser of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation.

The organiser is not liable for any injuries or medical conditions that arise during the course.
Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow attendees.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
Course Content and Delivery

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the course content, schedule, or location when necessary.

Materials provided during the course are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual Property

All course materials, including handouts, exercises, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the organiser or the instructor.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
Liability Disclaimer

The organiser is not liable for any personal property loss, damage, or theft during the event.

Travel, accommodation, and other costs incurred by participants are their sole responsibility.
Force Majeure

The organiser is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Payment Terms

Full payment is required to secure your place in the course unless otherwise agreed.
Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used only for course administration and communication purposes. If you do not wish us to store your email address please inform us in writing.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Photo/Video Release
-
By attending the course, you consent to any photographs or videos taken during the course being used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in advance.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation by Organiser
-
If the course is cancelled by us, all participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Cancellation by Participant
-
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date: A full refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of £50.
-
Cancellations made 14-29 days before the course start date: A 50% refund will be issued.
-
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date: No refund will be issued.
Transfer of Registration
-
Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to 5 days before the course starts by contacting us in writing.

Alternatively, participants may transfer their booking to a future course (if applicable) within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another course if cancellation is made 30 days or more before the course start date.
Missed Attendance
-
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows.
Additional Notes

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request.

The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

Complaints Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality training and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. If you have any concerns or complaints about the course, please follow this process:

Raise Concerns Promptly

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the course, please notify the course facilitator or organizer immediately during the event so that we can address your concerns in real-time.
Formal Complaints
-
If your concern is not resolved during the course, you may submit a formal complaint in writing within 7-14 days of the course end date. Complaints should be sent to [email/contact information] and include specific details of your concern.
Resolution Process

Complaints will be reviewed thoroughly, and we will respond within 14 of receipt. Our aim is to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
Refund Policy

Please note that dissatisfaction or complaints alone are not grounds for a refund unless it is determined that the course was significantly misrepresented or did not meet the advertised objectives.

We value constructive feedback to improve future courses and encourage all participants to complete the feedback form provided at the end of the course.
