The Art of Enquiry with Beth Sanderson & Carolyn Stevens
Cultivating Compassionate Presence in Craniosacral Therapy

Saturday October 10, 2026 - Online 10:00 -16:30

“Enquiring is not about getting answers. It’s about being with what’s alive - and trusting what wants to emerge.”

Imprints of Conception, Pregnancy and Birth

How do we hold space for another’s healing - without leading, fixing, or interpreting?

The Art of Enquiry is a unique course designed for craniosacral therapists who wish to deepen their relational skills and bring greater presence, compassion, and clarity to client dialogue.

In craniosacral work, true healing often arises not just from skilled technique, but from how we listen - to the body, to the unspoken, and to the unfolding inner world of our clients. This course offers a deep dive into the practice of therapeutic enquiry: how we ask, how we listen, and how we stay connected to ourselves while holding space for another.

Through experiential learning, guided reflection, and practical exercises, you’ll explore the subtle art of asking questions that invite awareness and support your clients’ inner wisdom - without imposing meaning or direction.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The foundations of how to enquire within a somatic context

  • How to create and maintain safety, skillfully in a supportive therapeutic space.

  • The art of asking the right questions for case history.

  • The power of Intention setting.

  • Language that invites exploration rather than diagnosis.

  • Listening with your whole being - words, tone, body, and felt sense.

  • Navigating resistance, emotion, and vulnerability with skill.

  • Staying grounded and resourced while holding space.

Who This Is For:

This course is open to craniosacral therapists (students and graduates) who want to:

  • Deepen their therapeutic presence
