The Ray Castellino Method of Womb Surround Process Workshops is a small-group therapeutic approach designed to explore and integrate early imprints from conception, prenatal life, birth, and early infancy. Developed by Ray Castellino, a pioneer in pre- and perinatal psychology and early developmental healing, this method focuses on supporting the resolution of early imprints by working with body awareness, implicit memory, and relational dynamics.

This retreat-style workshop offers a profound opportunity to explore and heal the earliest layers of your experience — those that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and life itself. Guided by Lin Vermeiren BCST, a certified teacher with Castellino Training, this process-oriented work creates space for deep self-awareness, regulation, and transformation within a supportive small-group setting.

What to Expect

The Womb Surround workshop follows Ray Castellino’s foundational principles, creating a safe, attuned, and deeply supportive environment. The small group works together to cultivate a nurturing “womb surround” atmosphere that supports each participant’s personal exploration and healing journey.

Core elements include:

• Small Group Setting – Limited to six participants to ensure depth, resonance, and personal attention

• The 8 Principles – Empathy-based group agreements that create safety and connection

• Individual Sessions – Each participant has dedicated time to explore their own early imprints, supported by the group’s presence

• Somatic and Relational Exploration – Using body awareness, felt sense, and attuned group presence to access and integrate early memories

• Group Integration – Reflective dialogue and shared witnessing to deepen understanding and embodiment

Retreat Setting — Istria, Croatia

Held in the peaceful countryside of Istria, this residential retreat provides an environment designed to nurture restoration and integration.

All meals are included, as well as airport transfers the day before and after the workshop. The venue features a swimming pool and sauna, and there will be optional gentle nature excursions in the local area — offering time for rest, reflection, and connection with the landscape as part of your process.

Cost: Starting at £1125 per person, including accommodation, all meals, airport transfers (the day before and after the workshop) and excursions.
